Tonight, four WRA member restaurants in South Pierce County will launch the?Healthy Meals Happy Kids?menu project to the public. The Ram, Farrelli?s Wood Fire Pizza, Burs Restaurant and Carrs Restaurant & Bar will unveiling a new menu of kid-friendly favorites that have undergone healthy makeovers. Thanks to the hard work of the Lakes High School ProStart class, the help of MultiCare?s nutrition team and the vision of the WRA, this project is made possible. Gallup poll confirms Americans view restaurants in positive light

The restaurant industry was again found to be one of the most highly regarded business sectors in America, according to a recent Gallup survey. According to National Restaurant Association research, 92 percent of Americans say they enjoy going to restaurants, confirming that dining out is one of America?s favorite pastimes. Restaurants came in second only to the computer industry, with retail ranking third.
