Job Responsibilities:
Develop, manage and implement Human Resources policies, practices and procedures align with the Corporation?s business strategy
Lead human resources teams to deliver human resources services in a professional manner
Oversee and monitor full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, OD, C&B, HRIS, compliance, performance management, training and development, and employee relations etc?
Act as an advisor and provide pragmatic and value added solutions to business leaders on people management initiatives
Facilitate vertical and horizontal communication and foster teamwork within the organization. Maintain open and trustworthy work environment
Develop and maintain a work place with positive employee relations?
Job Requirements:
Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
At least 10 years all round HR experience of which 6 years in managerial role , preferably in PRC manufacturing environment
Well versed with PRC HR & Administrative practices and regulations
Critical eye for details and processes and leadership skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, people-oriented management style and a pro-active and determined attitude
Excellent command of both spoken and written in English and Chinese including Putonghua
Familiar with MS office applications including excel, word, PowerPoint, etc...
Stationed in PRC
